About Journal

In addition to our 'Finance 4 Clinicians & Managers' events programme, we wanted to provide a further platform that makes healthcare finance clinically relevant, a platform to celebrate and champion projects where professionals have worked together to improve the quality of patient care whilst being aware of the financial implications. The journal aims to combine educational articles with useful editorials from a range of professionals from finance and non-finance backgrounds, together with detailed descriptions of collaborative projects so that others can learn and potentially implement some of the ideas discussed.

The journal will be completely free and open access, meaning that there will be no fees to submit articles to the journal and that it will be a free to read and access. The hope being that it will encourage people to share what they are doing in their organisations and take away ideas from what they read to subsequently implement.
